Fees and Payment

Session Fee:

Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes and cost $175 per session.

Private Pay:

I am a private pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. This allows us to fully focus on your care without the limitations or requirements often set by insurance companies.

Out of Network Benefits:

Many clients have out of network benefits on their insurance plans where they are eligible for reimbursement for sessions. I can work with you to learn more about your specific plan and provide invoices/superbills that you can submit to your insurance company.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk through what you’re looking for and see if this feels like a good fit.

Payment Methods:

I accept credit/debit/HSA/FSA

Sliding Scale:

I do offer sliding scale rates when applicable.
