My Approach:

Therapy that helps you feel more grounded. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe that it’s my job to help you get to know yourself better, not tell you how to live your life. We’ll keep it authentic, celebrate all the small wins, and build skills you can actually use between sessions.

I focus on your strengths, use evidence based tools, and bring in a trauma-informed lens to help create a space that feels supportive, safe, and real.

What to Expect:

Starting services can look one of two ways:

  • scheduling a free 15 minute phone consultation to briefly connect and see if we’re a good fit.

  • Or, you can dive right in with an intake session where we go deeper: reviewing paperwork, getting to know each other, and clarifying goals.

From there, sessions are guided by whatever you’re carrying that day: an ongoing concern, a new stressor, or a check-in. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and we’ll move forward from there. You may not always know what you want to talk about, on those days, we’ll figure it out together.
